A singer whose vocal style fused country with blue-eyed soul, Alabama-born "Razzy" Bailey was named Billboard Magazine''s Country Singles Artist of the Year in 1981 following a string of No. 1 Hits including "What Time Do You have To Be Back In Heaven," "I Keep Coming Back" and "Midnight Hauler."
