The Crater Lake Monster

An ancient monster has been lurking beneath the surface of the earth in the egg of a dinosaur that has been preserved. Preserved; that is; until a meteor strikes near this remote area; dislodging it from its hiding place and leading to it hatching. Residents of the area are already dazed by the crash itself; and they think that is all they have to deal with initially. Soon; however people begin realizing that something else has been brought on by this meteor; but only the sheriff; Steve Hanson (Richard Cardella); really seems to understand that something is not right. Before long he finds out just how right his feelings are as the monster lashes out with its prehistoric terror.
